The Association for Socio-Cultural Development, STEAM Education and Innovation ASTERA Kavadarci was established on 20 July 2026. Our work focuses on creating opportunities for the exchange of knowledge, technology, creativity and partnerships. In this way, we aim to contribute to creating the conditions for sustainable development and a better quality of life.
We believe that every individual has the potential to learn, create, and contribute, and our role is to help transform that potential into opportunities and positive change.

Astera’s mission is to empower individuals and communities through education, innovation and active participation. We promote STEAM education and digital skills, creativity, culture, social inclusion and sustainable development. Astera’s vision is a society where knowledge, innovation, technology and active citizenship create sustainable, inclusive and prosperous communities.
We work towards creating a society where young people have opportunities to learn and develop, citizens have space to participate, and innovation and technology are used to address the real challenges faced by communities.
