ASTERA Kavadarci is officially established

On 20 July 2026 the Association for Socio-Cultural Development, STEAM Education and Innovation ASTERA Kavadarci was officially established.

The association’s work focuses on creating opportunities for the exchange of knowledge, technology, creativity and partnerships. In this way we aim to contribute to creating the conditions for sustainable development and a better quality of life in Kavadarci, the Tikvesh region and beyond.

Why ASTERA

We believe that every individual has the potential to learn, create and contribute, and our role is to help transform that potential into opportunity and positive change.

In this first phase our focus is on:

• putting the association’s organisational and operational foundations in place
• building an active membership and volunteer base
• establishing partnerships with schools, local government and the business sector
• preparing the first STEAM workshops and digital-skills training
